Bendinat Golf · A Home to Disconnect
Created for an international family with two children, this home in Bendinat Golf was designed as a calm and distraction-free retreat on Mallorca.
The brief was simple: no unnecessary noise, no television, no overdesigned spaces — just natural materials, soft textures and an atmosphere that encourages slowing down and spending quality time together.
The interiors focus on light, comfort and simplicity, creating a relaxed environment for family life, sports, outdoor living and quiet moments away from everyday routines.
A home designed for rest, movement and connection — where the focus is on being present rather than entertained.
Palma Townhouse
Designed for a couple from mainland Spain looking for a relaxed weekend home in the centre of Palma. This Santa Catalina townhouse combines calm Mediterranean tones with practical everyday comfort, generous living spaces and a super king bed made for long, restful stays. Soft textures, natural materials and easy-care details such as artificial plants create a welcoming home that feels warm and effortless throughout the year.
Es Molinar · Palma
A contemporary and functional apartment in Es Molinar, designed for an international couple and their two young daughters.
The home was created as a turnkey project, designed to be ready to enjoy from the very first day. Clean lines, contrasting tones and practical solutions create a calm yet characterful home, just a short walk from the sea and the everyday life of Palma.
The spaces were designed to adapt naturally to both short stays and longer periods in Mallorca, combining comfort, smart storage solutions and a bright contemporary Mediterranean atmosphere.
Portixol · Palma
A bright family apartment above the sea in Portixol, created for a family looking for a relaxed “Hamptons meets Mediterranean” atmosphere.
Soft natural fabrics, light wood, handcrafted details and calm blue tones were combined to create a home that feels elegant, comfortable and easy to live in throughout the year.
The four-bedroom apartment was designed around family life and long stays in Mallorca, with generous living spaces and a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Every room was developed to feel warm, timeless and connected to the light and relaxed coastal lifestyle of Portixol.
Old Town Palma · Penthouse Living
A relaxed penthouse in the historic centre of Palma, created for a retired international couple who now spend most of their time on Mallorca.
The project was designed around outdoor living, long lunches, barbecues.
A relaxed rooftop home in Palma, enjoyed equally by family, friends and the occasional four-legged guest and the vibrant everyday life of Palma’s old town. The large rooftop terrace became the natural heart of the home — combining dining, lounge areas and open views across the rooftops of the city.
Natural textures, easy outdoor materials and soft Mediterranean tones create a relaxed atmosphere designed for enjoying the climate, culture and social lifestyle that make Palma so unique throughout the year.
